Job Description :

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an insurance Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their insurance needs, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.

Responsibilities :

Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person visits. Assist clients with policy inquiries, claims processing, and policy changes. Educate clients on available insurance products and coverage options. Process new insurance applications and policy renewals accurately and efficiently. Maintain client records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accurate. Collaborate with insurance agents to provide comprehensive support to clients. Meet or exceed performance goals and targets set by management.

Requirements :

High School diploma or equivalent Prior experience in costumer service, preferably in the insurance industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and insurance industry software. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus. Must be willing to obtain insurance licensing within thirty days of employment (Training and material provided) Property & Casualty license is a plus
