Job Description

Position Overview We're seeking a a detail-driven CSR/QC to support both the customer service and quality control departments. Someone who is motivated, organized, and an energetic person with excellent attention to detail.. This role is the heartbeat between our clients, CSR/PCs, graphics team, and production floor. If you thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment and love seeing projects move from concept to completion, this is your opportunity. No prior experience required. We will train the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Review proofs, comps, and finished products for accuracy, spelling, and quality
  • Identify and correct errors early; stop or escalate issues when needed
  • Assist with processing customer orders, quotes, and invoices
  • Coordinate with production, graphics, and sales teams to meet deadlines
  • Act as a key point of contact for client communications via phone and email
  • Coordinate with design, print, and fabrication teams
  • Support workflow organization and daily operations in a busy production environment
What We're Looking For:
Exceptional attention to detail and strong grammar/spelling skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word) (experience with Airtable, ShopVOX, or similar is not required but is a plus) Experience in quality control, proofreading, or customer service preferred Quality-first mindset with high standards Organized, reliable, and proactive Team player who can work independently when needed
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under tight deadlines
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn This is more than an entry-level role, it's a starting point for growth in operations, customer service project management, and the live event industry.
