Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Roswell, Georgia. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
Responsibilities:
  • Handle a high volume of customer inquiries, managing 30 to 80 tickets daily through a ticketing system.
  • Create, assign, and track service tickets to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Respond to inbound and outbound calls, providing clear and attentive communication.
  • Process and manage customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain thorough email correspondence to address and resolve client concerns.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and service consistency.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Ensure all customer interactions are documented accurately in the system for record-keeping and follow-up.
