Your Key Responsibilities:
The First Impression:
Provide a warm, compassionate welcome to our clients, whether they are walking through our doors or calling on the phone.
Prepared Dialogues:
Confidently learn and utilize our proven prepared dialogues for phone calls and in-person interactions. We provide you with the exact roadmap for success so you never have to guess what to say.
Schedule Master:
Manage the clinic's daily calendar, schedule appointments efficiently, and make outbound calls to existing patients to ensure they are staying up-to-date with their hearing care.
Clinic Support:
Partner closely with our hearing care professionals to ensure a seamless patient hand-off and smooth daily operations.
Financial & Administrative:
Confidently handle financial transactions, process patient payments, and assist with insurance verifications and filings.
Computer-Proficient Operations:
Navigate our scheduling software and office equipment with ease to keep patient records accurate and up-to-date.
