Reservationist/Customer Service

The ideal individual will proactively resolve guest issues, ensuring the company and the customer find a mutually beneficial solution. The ability to juggle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting is crucial. This position offers the opportunity to engage with a diverse clientele and requires a detail-oriented mindset to manage bookings and inquiries effectively. Responsibilities Managing guest reservations and paperwork Handle incoming phone calls with prospective guests, property owners, and real estate clients Communicate with guests and owners via text message, emails, and phone Coordinate with team members to manage properties and guest needs Perform housekeeping quality checks with great attention to detail Manage guest payments and ensure accurate accounting Establish a base knowledge of the area and properties in order to answer guest questions Light office cleaning and organizational duties Qualifications The experience and ability to provide excellent customer service Positive attitude Flexibility in role responsibilities to help where needed Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite Previous experience in property management Strong verbal and written communication skills Open to learning new systems and procedures
