Cashier/Customer Service

Job Summary We are hiring for graveyard two nights a week. Wednesday/Thursday 11pm-7am with a few night shifts as well. Duties Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, professional assistance throughout their shopping experience Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments with precision and confidence Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are well-presented Assist with inventory management through stock replenishment and inventory checks Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or taking orders remotely Support the store's sales goals by promoting featured products and offering relevant recommendations Requirements Previous cashiering experience or familiarity with POS systems is preferred Strong communication skills in both English and bilingual capabilities are a plus Experience in supervising or leading team members is advantageous Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and retail math calculations Knowledge of grocery store operations or retail sales environment is beneficial Exceptional customer service skills with a positive attitude and patience Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work flexible hours as needed Familiarity with merchandising, stocking procedures, and product demos enhances effectiveness in this role Join us to deliver outstanding service while sharpening your retail expertise!
