AW Collision is the ONLY recommended collision center for Hyundai, Honda, Acura, Mazda, and Cadillac manufacturers along with multiple other manufacturers . Our location is currently looking for someone to fill the position of a customer service representative and assistant estimator. Overview A customer service representative is responsible for maintaining proper updates to all clients, as well as, being the liaison in the company between insurance companies and the estimators. This position is perfect for someone with great customer service and interpersonal skills. They need to be detail oriented and able to follow instructions easily. They need great computer skills and they have to be able to handle stressful situations. Experience in estimating and opening estimates in CCCONE and Mitchell are recommending and will be a high preference. Responsibilities Greet walk-in customers and understand what their concerns are Check-in vehicles and open repair orders Update all clients every other day (40-50 clients) Perform a production walk at 8:00 am sharp every morning with the rest of the staff Follow instructions accurately and in a timely manner Understand the repair process and able to explain over the phone or in person Inform manager of any and all potential complaints or issues Solve tricky situations that may arise Understand and follow all company procedures Assist in transport of cars as necessary Familiarized with insurance procedures for claims Follow up with insurance companies on ETA's of paperwork Understand an accounts receivable report and collect all outstanding funds Checking all payments and items necessary to deliver a vehicle Reviewing the repairs with a client and answering any questions Be able to sell a client to drop off their vehicle Learning and understanding accounting as a back up to the receptionist Open repair orders Prepare walk in estimates and deal with booking clients More responsibilities may be required, above list is not complete. High School Diploma required Driver's License required Experience in the automotive field required Computer literacy required Customer service experience recommended Company offers many benefits including PTO Medical, Dental and Vision plans 401k
