Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet members, guests, and prospects
• Handle all front desk activities
• Respond to member questions and concerns
• Answer phones promptly
• Check in members and update accounts
• Facilitate new member sign-ups and conduct tours
• Assist with cleaning and organizing the club
• Close shift and prepare for the next day Qualifications and Requirements
• Prior customer service experience preferred
• Basic computer proficiency
• Passionate about fitness and health
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Must be 18 years of age or older Physical Demands
• Ability to work overnight hours and shifts
• Stay alert and focused during shift
• Remain standing or walking for extended periods
• Frequent communication, in-person and via phone
• Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
