Inbound/Outbound call scenarios range from assisting members in taking their monthly or Maintenance Fee Payments, assisting members with payment plans, adding cards on autopay, and setting up payment arrangements. WEEK VACATION

in one of our beautiful resorts in Mexico! This position pays $16.00 hr. plus a monthly bonus of up to $1,000 . Agent reports to the Loan Servicing Department Supervisor and is responsible for collections on all delinquent loans and maintenance fees. Essential Functions Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. Handle inbound and outbound calls on delinquent loan and or Maintenance fee accounts. Review and provide feedback on accounts to management. Process member payments by phone. Set up payment arrangements and offer amnesty assistance. Correspond with customers through email. All other duties and projects as assigned by management. Works entire assigned shifts, demonstrates work schedule flexibility, and is punctual. All other duties and projects assigned by management.
