The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple tasks effectively, solves problems creatively, communicates well with team members, and delivers excellent customer service both in person and over the phone. This position plays a vital role in the company's success. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Answer incoming customer calls.
  • Use dispatch software to assign trucks to customers.
  • Document customer interactions accurately.
  • Assist drivers in troubleshooting issues.
  • Evaluate the safety of roadside situations.
  • Ensure all call details, notes, pricing, and customer information are entered accurately in the dispatch system.
  • Provide timely and accurate dispatch support to customers and drivers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Supervisory Responsibilities
  • This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Requirements
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
  • At least 1 year of dispatch experience preferred.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must live near the assigned area.
