Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Customer Experience Lead to champion exceptional service and foster lasting relationships with our clients. Responsibilities Lead and motivate a diverse team to deliver top-tier customer service consistently. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Manage multiple projects aimed at improving service quality, including process optimization initiatives. Supervise daily operations, ensuring team members adhere to company standards and policies. Analyze customer feedback and service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions. Coordinate multilingual support efforts to serve a global client base effectively. Negotiate with clients when necessary to resolve issues and secure positive outcomes that benefit both parties. Experience Proven leadership experience in managing customer service teams or related roles. Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully leading initiatives from conception to completion. Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to supervise teams, analyze data, and implement process improvements. Experience in customer service environments with a focus on client satisfaction and retention. Skilled in negotiation and sales techniques to enhance customer engagement and business growth. Prior experience working in multicultural settings or supporting multilingual customers is a plus. Pay:
$24.06 - $28.97 per hour
