If you have a professional phone presence, strong attention to detail, and enjoy helping people, we'd love to hear from you. We provide 24/7 messaging and dispatching services for a wide variety of businesses, so every call is different and keeps your day moving.
What You'll Do:
Answer high-volume inbound calls Take accurate messages and dispatch information as needed Follow detailed client instructions Communicate clearly and professionally with callers Enter information quickly and accurately into our system
What We're Looking For:
Friendly and professional phone voice Strong communication and listening skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to read and follow written instructions quickly Good spelling and grammar Typing speed of at least 35 WPM Reliable and dependable
Training:
Paid, two-week training program Training is held during daytime hours
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time Pay:
$17.00 - $18.00 per hour
