In this role, you will be the first point of contact for pet owners and their beloved animals, providing exceptional customer service while assisting with the daily operations of our veterinary practice. Your passion for animal care and strong communication skills will help create a welcoming environment for both clients and their pets. We are looking for a friendly, hardworking, personable applicant to join our team. We are a busy, 8-doctor practice who prides ourselves on our pet and client relationships. Duties Greet clients and their pets upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere. Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar efficiently. Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about services offered. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date. Process payments and handle billing inquiries with attention to detail. Provide basic information on pet care, including vaccination schedules and preventive health measures. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the reception area and waiting room. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth clinic operations. Qualifications Previous experience in a veterinary or animal care setting is preferred, but not required. Salary is D.O.E.
