Customer Service/Delivery Driver 89 Coney Island Drive, Sparks, NV 89431 From $17 an hour - Full-time From $17 an hour - Full-time Overview Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service/Delivery Driver and become the vital link between our company and valued customers! In this energetic role, you will combine excellent customer service skills with efficient delivery operations to ensure timely, safe, and friendly service. You'll be responsible for delivering products while providing a positive experience for every customer while maintaining safety and accuracy throughout your route. Responsibilities Manage incoming calls Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Take the extra mile to engage customers Delivering product to customers Inventory tracking of product Valid Driver's License Requirements Proven customer support experience Must have a clean drivers records and valid Driver's License Driving experience Delivery Driving Experience Cashier experience and navigating customer invoices.
