We are a building something great and are looking for you to join our team! The ideal candidate will have great customer service skills, professional, upbeat, and friendly. Must be comfortable on a computer and take feedback well. Knowledge in veterinary setting and Cornerstone software a plus. We will train you for the rest. A client service representative is the first impression for a current or potential client. You are the first and last interaction with our clients and with that comes certain responsibilities. A CSR must maintain a pleasant, polite, friendly, warm appearance and demeanor. You must be efficient, effective and be the liaison between the client and medical staff. We need for the front area to always have someone ready to welcome everyone into our practice. A Customer Service Representative must possess good critical thinking and problem solving skills, compassion, a positive attitude, the ability to follow through, excellent communication and teamwork skills. Multitasking and accepting constructive feedback is essential. Punctuality is expected. An employee in this position must have a sense of caring for animals, be able to lift approximately 50 pounds, be able to maneuver through Cornerstone Software and read, write and understand English. Must be experienced in a Veterinary Office setting. References are required.
