  • Previous experience at The UPS Store a HUGE plus!
  • Requirements:
  • A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
  • Availability to work flexible shifts
  • Must be able to lift and carry 50+ pounds
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • Positive attitude at all times
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable on the computer; typing and computer use very crucial
  • Highly motivated, with experience up-selling/cross-selling
  • Fast learner; able to pick up tasks quickly after being shown
  • "Go the extra mile" to drive sales
  • Maintain displays are in presentable condition at all times
  • Build productive trust relationships with customers
  • Retail experience a plus
  • Knowledge of POS systems and Microsoft Office, especially Publisher, a plus
  • The UPS Store experience a HUGE plus!
  • Notary Public License required within 3 months of start Benefits include:
