Full-Time Salary:
$68,000-$80,000 We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Wholesale Customer Service Representative to support wholesale operations, order management, and customer communication in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, wholesale experience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day wholesale customer service operations Process orders, RTVs, damages, credits, and other data entry tasks Coordinate order allocation with warehouse and logistics partners Process sample requests and support operational needs across teams Generate reports and maintain accurate records using Excel and internal systems Confirm purchase orders through retailer portals and upload UPC information Communicate with customers regarding product availability, pricing, shipping, and delivery timelines Follow up on open orders, pick tickets, and return authorizations Ensure accurate shipping and order information Maintain proactive communication to support timely deliveries and customer satisfaction Qualifications Minimum 2 years of wholesale customer service and order entry experience Experience working with major retail accounts required Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables Proficiency with Microsoft Office and order management systems Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams Preferred Qualifications Experience with ERP or wholesale management systems Background in high-SKU manufacturing, wholesale, or distribution environments Experience managing large order volumes and retailer communications Benefits Health, Dental & Vision Insurance Paid Time Off 401(k) eligibility Opportunity to grow within a fast-paced and collaborative environment
