Job Summary Grand Slam is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk Customer Service Associate to join our team. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact in order to provide exceptional customer service, manage client inquiries, and ensure smooth operations. Your proactive approach and organizational skills will help foster a positive environment that enhances the overall experience for diverse clientele and tennis staff. Duties Welcome and assist clients in a professional and courteous manner. Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly. Schedule court reservations, lessons, and clinics. Process payments accurately. Communicate effectively with clients and tennis staff. Requirements Strong customer service and communication skills. Organized, reliable, and detail oriented. Ability to multi-task efficiently. Friendly and professional demeanor. Computer skills; willingness to learn Court Reserve Software.
