Job Description

We are a well-established fire life safety company with a strong client base and a reputation for reliability and professionalism. We are looking for a highly organized Client Services Coordinator / Scheduler in our fire alarm division to help manage scheduling, routing, and customer communication for our field technicians. This role is critical to keeping operations running efficiently while ensuring our clients receive excellent service. Position Overview The Client Services Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling service calls, dispatching technicians, and coordinating daily routes to maximize efficiency and response time. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Schedule and dispatch technicians for service calls, inspections, and installations Plan efficient daily technician routes using logistics and geographic awareness Monitor and adjust schedules throughout the day to accommodate emergencies or changes Communicate with clients regarding scheduling, updates, and service coordination Maintain service records, work orders, and job documentation Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, reporting, and document management Coordinate with technicians and management to ensure jobs are completed on time Track technician availability, travel time, and workload distribution Qualifications Experience in dispatching, scheduling, routing, or logistics coordination preferred Strong knowledge of local geography and route planning Proficiency with Google Maps and common office software (Microsoft Office or similar) Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Strong communication and customer service abilities Ability to remain calm and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Experience in service industry scheduling (HVAC, fire protection, electrical, plumbing, etc.) is a plus What We Offer Competitive pay Full benefits package Paid Time Off (PTO) Stable, well-established company with long-term growth opportunities Supportive team environment and positive company culture
