Customer Service Representative:

Answer inbound customer calls in a fast-paced environment. Empathize & understand customer's urgent need for service. Create Tickets and Schedule the customer's appointment. Answer customer questions and provide service information. Communicate with customers via chat or email. Coordinate and communicate with other internal departments.
