Full-Time, On-Site Position Summary The insides Sales/ Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing customer relationships, processing orders, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from quote to delivery. This role is central to maintaining high service standards in a printed products manufacturing environment, where accuracy, communication, and follow-through are essential. Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Order Management Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and service requests. Enter and manage sales orders, ensuring accuracy in product specifications, quantities, pricing, and delivery requirements. Provide timely updates on order status, production timelines, and shipment details. Resolve customer issues related to orders, quality concerns, or delivery discrepancies. Maintain detailed customer records, communication logs, and order histories. Inside Sales Support Prepare and deliver quotes for printed products, custom jobs, and repeat orders. Follow up on open quotes, samples, and leads to convert opportunities into sales. Support outside sales representatives with customer information, order updates, and documentation. Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities based on customer needs and product knowledge. Production & Logistics Coordinator Communicate customer requirements clearly to production, scheduling, and shipping teams. Verify artwork, proofs, and job specifications before production release. Monitor production schedules to ensure on-time delivery and proactively address delays. Coordinate with shipping partners to arrange deliveries, track shipments, and resolve logistics issues. Administrative & Technical Tasks Maintain order management systems with accurate and current data. Assist with inventory checks, product availability updates, and material lead times. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to customer experience and internal processes. Qualifications Required 2+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or order management. Strong communication skills-clear, professional, and customer-focused. High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word). Preferred Knowledge of printed products manufacturing (labels, packaging, signage, forms, custom print, etc,). Experience in manufacturing, printing, packaging, or similar production environments.
Pay:
$18.50 - $26.50 per hour
