Company Description Crown Data Systems has been providing the transportation industry with leading-edge software and support solutions since 1999. Job Summary We are seeking a staffmember who will help us train and support our customers. This is a multi-faceted job that requires staffmembers to work closely with customers and with other staffmembers. Responsibilities Initially, learn how Crown's customers' businesses operate and how Crown provides them tools and solutions for their businesses. Assist with customer training. Respond to customer support requests for technical or business-related help using Crown's software tools. Assist with troubleshooting new Crown poducts. Requirements Be at ease working directly with customers of all levels of sophistication. Be collaborative. Be motivated and willing to show initiative learning in solving customer problems.
