$20+ hourly, depending on experience Seeking Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for dealers and resellers, coordinating orders, production schedules, and shipments while delivering exceptional customer service throughout the order fulfillment process.
Responsibilities:
Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy of pricing, specifications, and documentation. Monitor production schedules, lead times, and order status while communicating updates to customers and dealers. Coordinate shipments with freight carriers and provide tracking, delivery, and logistics support. Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships with dealers and reseller partners.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of customer service, order management, or sales support experience in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems. Strong organizational, multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills. Associate's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
