Two to three shifts per week(Mon-Fri) and rotating Saturdays (between 9 and 3) (12-15 hours per week.) The atmosphere is pleasant/relaxed. The work-load is light. There is typically "down-time" that can be filled with study or homework, so it is great job for High School or College Students. It is also good fit for retirees or anyone looking to get out of the house and be productive for a few hours each week. No experience is needed. We will train. It is a great job to develop or utilize Customer Service Skills. Additional hours may be available for candidates willing to work at additional locations... Responsibilities Promptly greet and tend to customers. Receive incoming work and accurately communicate customer wishes to production staff using proper methods. Retrieve and pass out customer orders and collect payment. Meet personal/customer service team production standards Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Skills Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative Strong phone skills and active listening Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of people Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
