Overview schedule: Tuesday-Saturday (morning shift) responsibilities: restocking, cleaning, vendor management. gas station experience highly preferred Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative and become the vital link between our company and valued clients! Your enthusiasm and communication skills will drive positive interactions across multiple channels, ensuring every customer feels heard, valued, and supported. Duties Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring clear and effective communication. Provide comprehensive support for client requests, including troubleshooting issues, processing orders, and offering product or service guidance. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using data entry skills within our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems. Assist with outbound calling campaigns to follow up on inquiries or promote new products and services. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and active listening to understand customer needs thoroughly. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Handle cash transactions accurately when required, maintaining integrity in all financial dealings. Requirements Fluency in English; bilingual abilities are a strong plus for serving diverse customer bases. Previous experience in call center environments or customer support roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally across various channels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills for data entry and documentation. Experience with outbound calling campaigns or sales is advantageous but not mandatory. Excellent analysis skills to assess customer needs quickly and provide appropriate solutions. Knowledge of call center etiquette, including active listening, patience, and professionalism during interactions. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in typing and documentation.
