Job Description

CreoDent is a State-of-the-Art Dental Laboratory and Medical Device Manufacturer looking for new recruits to join our team. Creodental.com As a Case Entry Specialist , you will work as part of a team to process cases sent from clients and provide customer service or technical support when needed. Our products are small and needs great attention to detail to continue our standard of products. We will provide full training with great opportunities for advancement!
Duties:
Process cases from the client submitting portal. Retain and apply knowledge of case entry procedures and work with team to tackle new ones. Coordinate with production teams to maintain production flow to all departments. Providing customer or technical support if needed to resolve issues for cases. Respond to phone calls or emails from customers to answer questions. Keep Front Desk Manager informed of any potential issues. Participate in meetings with the customer service team to discover new communication tactics and maintaining expert knowledge about company products or services to best help customers. Represent the company and department in a positive and supportive manner. Share responsibility for the cleanliness and maintenance of working areas with the rest of the team. Other duties as assigned.
Education:
High School Diploma or Higher 1 or more years' experience in Dental field (preferred)
Skills/Requirements :
Interpersonal and customer service skills. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Multitasking and organizational skills. Comfortable sitting for long periods of time. Ability to answer a high volume of calls and/or emails daily. Ability to share work among a customer service team. Attentiveness and patience. Time-management skills. Troubleshooting common issues with a product or service. Escalating queries and concerns. Knowledge of case entry programs a plus (ABS, Google Sheets, etc.) Ability to remain seated for extended period. Ability to lift and carry 5lbs.
