Job Summary Service Writer/Manager for Growing Agricultural Service Department - Looking for experienced candidate to efficiently manage and direct all aspects of the Service Department operations in an up-beat manner that best serves the service needs of the Customer. Schedule all service work and assign jobs to staff Technicians, overseeing the work and insuring satisfaction for the customers. Work with Customers to resolve any issues. Insure the productivity of each team member for best performance. Prepare and follow a Sales and Operating budget controlling the expenses of the Service Department. Administer warranty claim procedures and charge out all Service tickets - Customer, Internal, & Warranty, in a timely, profitable manner. Salary DOE. Full benefits package.
