In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Duties Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Supervise and assist with daily operations within the customer service department. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash register operations and cash handling procedures..
