This company is ran out of a home office We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and handle various customer inquiries will be crucial in ensuring a positive experience for all clients. If you have a passion for helping others and possess strong interpersonal skills, we would love to hear from you. Duties Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Supervise and assist with daily operations within the customer service department. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash register operations and cash handling procedures.. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall customer experience. Communicate effectively with customers in person, over the phone, or via email, ensuring clarity and professionalism. Assist in training new staff members on customer service protocols and best practices. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred.
