Customer Service Representative (Bilingual Spanish)

Job Summary:

Join our winning team today! We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing retention and revenue growth through customer service strategies and in-book marketing. Pay from $45,000 to more than $75,000+ per year

Requirements:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• One year of prior insurance experience minimum preferred.
• Insurance Licensing (Property & Casualty or Life & Health) preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Skills:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to self-motivate.
• Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Create an exceptional experience for customers, teammates, and leadership.
• Implement the agency's retention and in book marketing plan.
• Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.
• Handle customer inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Pay Structure and Benefits:
