Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our dynamic dental team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. Duties Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner Provide accurate information to customers regarding products and services Assist with customer inquiries, complaints, and requests effectively Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the database Conduct data entry tasks with attention to detail Utilize Microsoft Office applications to create reports and manage information Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes Engage in sales activities by promoting products or services when appropriate Uphold excellent phone etiquette while communicating with clients Skills Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Proficiency in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus Previous experience in customer service or call center environments preferred Familiarity with data entry and basic computer skills Ability to handle cash transactions accurately (if applicable) Sales experience is advantageous for upselling opportunities Excellent analysis skills to assess customer needs effectively Strong typing skills for efficient data entry tasks A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure Join our team as a Call Center Representative where you can make a difference by providing outstanding support to our valued customers!
