Job Description

Job Purpose:
The primary purpose of the BDC Agent position at Romeo Auto Group is to assist in scheduling sales and service appointments while driving revenue generation for the company. The role focuses on leveraging internet car sales and business development strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to the company's financial success.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential customers through internet car sales platforms to generate leads and convert them into sales. Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the customer base and enhance market presence. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive customer experience, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. Schedule and manage sales and service appointments efficiently to optimize customer flow and satisfaction. Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure seamless operations and customer interactions. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions to support business analysis and decision-making. Continuously update knowledge of automotive products and services to provide informed recommendations to customers
Required Education:
High school diploma
Required Experience:
Experience in internet car sales or related automotive sales roles Proven track record in business development and customer service Familiarity with scheduling and managing sales and service appointments Experience in a dealership or automotive retail environment is preferred
Required Skills and Abilities:
