Job Description

Full-Time | Growth-Focused | Customer-Centric We're looking for a Customer Service Representative who thrives on building relationships, solving customer challenges, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This is an opportunity to become a trusted partner to our customers, influence business outcomes, and contribute to strategic sales initiatives. Build and strengthen relationships with existing B2B customers while proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities. Engage customers through phone and email outreach to understand their needs, recommend solutions, and drive sales. Generate quotes, provide pricing, and confidently upsell and cross-sell products and services. Manage the full order lifecycle—from entry through delivery—ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction. Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, production planning, and shipping to meet customer expectations. Monitor customer programs, forecasts, and inventory to anticipate needs and maximize sales opportunities. Resolve customer inquiries and issues quickly and professionally, ensuring a high-quality experience every time. Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall customer journey. 3-5+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or account management (manufacturing experience a plus). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and support pricing or sales strategies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP or order management systems. A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with a strong attention to detail.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
