The Customer Care Representative I position is responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members within the customer service department.
Job Responsibilities:
Handles the needs of sales representatives and customers Receive purchase orders from customers via e-mail Review orders to insure all required information is received and correct Communicate with customer for any missing or incorrect information Furnish copy of acknowledgement to the customer via e-mail Informs customers of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays and any additional information needed by the customer. Follows up on orders to ensure delivery by specified dates. Computes price and discounts Specifies if special labeling is required for shipment and in some instances, supplies to the shipping department. Answers questions from customers or individuals on how a product operates or directs them to the person able to assist them.
Skills and Qualifications :
Previous Customer Service Experience High School Diploma or GED Strong attention to detail, dependable, and organized Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Programs Starline USA, Inc offers full-time employees a generous benefit package including medical, vacation and personal days, and 401k with employer match.
