This AT&T Customer Service Representative role is where you'll be the face of our partnership with AT&T, connecting with customers and helping them discover the best solutions for their telecommunication needs. AT&T Customer Service Representative Key Responsibilities Engage with Melville customers in person to identify their needs and recommend AT&T's products and services, including mobile plans, internet, and TV. Clearly and persuasively present the features and benefits of various AT&T offerings to new and existing customers. Complete sales transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience from start to finish. Stay up-to-date with the latest AT&T product launches, promotions, and service updates to provide accurate information to clients. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset. Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance your product knowledge and sales techniques. Customer Service Representative Essential Qualifications Previous experience in a customer-facing role, sales or retail preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
