Job Description

We're a leading partner of direct outreach solutions for major telecommunications companies, such as AT&T across New York, and are looking for a motivated and ambitious Customer Representative to join our expanding team, focusing on customer engagement to drive brand loyalty and market growth. This Customer Representative role is perfect as an entry level for someone with passion for engagement, visionary for leadership and driven to excel in a commission driven role for AT&T, focusing primarily on effective engagement with different people. As the Customer Representative, you will be the lifeblood of our organisation as the face and voice of our business nurturing relationships and fostering trust by engaging with our customers, while moving towards leadership. We promote our Customer Representatives based on their customer engagement providing the tools to advance their career Key Responsibilities of the
Customer Representative:
Be the face and voice: As a primary point of contact, you will directly engage with customers to answer their questions and inquiries as the AT&T expert.
Engage:
Understand customer inquiries is vital and you will provide tailored solutions ensuring customers engagement and satisfaction Brand image: Maintain positive interactions and conduct follow-ups by promoting AT&T to reinforce loyalty.
Learning Labs:
Participate actively with fellow Customer Representatives in meetings to improve sales engagement techniques and sales skills.
Business Closer:
Initiate and close sales for new and existing AT&T customers, engaging with them while maximizing profitability to achieve your targets
Document :
Ensure all sales and customer interactions documentation is completed accurately and promptly. Qualifications for the
Customer Representative:
People Person:
A natural ability to interact and engage with people, delivering outstanding customer service
Results Driven:
Strong results-oriented with high ethic to achieve targets
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent
Experience:
Prior experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, marketing or sales roles is desirable but not mandatory.
Time Availability:
Full time and weekends as necessary
Pay:
$50,542.34 - $60,868.20 per year
