Salary:
$17 - $20/hour Founded over 15 years ago, Panakeia, LLC, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, provides medical distribution services to the military and Home Health care to Veterans around the country in the areas of home oxygen and ventilator services, home sleep testing, and DME equipment. Our mission is to provide the medical community with unique solutions and innovative products that transform patient care and save lives. We bring medical innovations to life. This is a great opportunity for you to join our team and to support local Veterans! We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our expanding Home Oxygen Equipment and Service team in New Windsor. This role coordinates patient scheduling, order processing, and communication with medical staff. This role will report directly to the District Manager. The Customer Service Representative will answer inbound patient and provider calls, schedule oxygen equipment deliveries and service visits, verify prescriptions and documentation with VA staff, enter orders into company systems, resolve patient concerns, and provide support, audit, and maintain accurate patient records. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently. Compassion for the elderly and a patient-centric nature are a must. Qualified candidates will have a High school diploma or equivalent along with administrative or healthcare experience (preferred), strong communication and organization skills, and Microsoft Office proficiency, along with the ability to understand and articulate the services that we offer. Must demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
