Job Description

Customer Service Representative I - Warehouse/Logistics- Horseheads NY Employment Solutions is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support a fast-paced warehouse team! This role focuses on coordinating shipments, communicating with customers, and ensuring orders are accurate and on time.
Pay:
$16.50 - $21.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 3p-1130p (second shift)
Responsibilities:
Coordinate outbound shipments and schedules Communicate daily with customers and carriers Track inventory and process orders in system (FIFO) Work closely with warehouse team to fulfill orders Resolve shipment issues quickly and professionally
Requirements:
