We are looking for an organized Administrative Coordinator to support daily operations and deliver responsive service to both internal teams and external customers. Responsibilities:
Serve as a primary point of contact for incoming questions and requests, providing attentive and timely support to staff, clients, and partners.
Handle challenging customer interactions with patience and sound judgment, working to resolve concerns and create positive outcomes.
Manage a variety of office support duties such as preparing mail, scanning records, processing documents, entering data, and maintaining organized digital files.
Review and complete forms within company systems, ensuring information is accurate, current, and properly recorded.
Assist with accounts receivable activities by checking service authorizations for completeness, identifying discrepancies, and coordinating follow-up corrections.
Support scheduling, calendar coordination, and related administrative activities to help maintain efficient team workflows.
Use tools such as Adobe, DocuSign, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Excel to track information, prepare documentation, and support daily operations.
Follow company policies, regulatory expectations, and established procedures while maintaining confidentiality and consistent documentation standards.
