Job Description
Outside Service Team Member at the NY Golf Park is a seasonal part-time position. Work outside during the short 3 month golf season. Team members are expected to be punctual, professional and communicate well with the owner and fellow team members. 7 hour shifts from 10am 5pm.
Customer Service:
Friendly Helping Customers with purchasing range balls, miniature golf, ice cream and attending to their needs. Promotion of the NY Golf Park programs such as camps, clinics and golf lessons.General Maintenence:
Keeping the park (driving range, mini golf and pro shop) clean, Picking the range balls and washing them, filling the golf ball vending machine with balls after washing them, mowing the range and grass tees, collecting garbage, vacuuming the pro shop, fixing minor mechanical issues with the mowers and golf carts would be a great skill to have in coming to work at the park Compensation based on work experience, effort in the groundskeeping Qualifications- Range attendant will pick up range balls with a golf cart, wash the balls, replenish the vending machines
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Proficiency I using a lawn mower, weed whacking
- Experience fixing mechanical issues is a plus
- Experience working with children is a plus
- Hospitality (making guests feel welcome)
- Experience in groundskeeping and or customer service
