The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment and is confident handling customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls daily Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve concerns Process policy changes, payments, and refunds accurately Maintain a professional and positive experience for every caller Communication Speak clearly, confidently, and calmly under pressure Practice active listening to fully understand customer needs Follow call scripts and compliance guidelines when required Document all interactions accurately in the system Technical Skills Navigate CRM systems efficiently Work comfortably with dual-monitor setups Manage multiple systems and screens simultaneously Maintain accurate records and detailed notes Sales & Performance Meet daily and monthly call volume targets Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional services Maintain productivity and quality standards Work efficiently without sacrificing customer experience
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a high-volume call center environment (required) Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting Comfortable working with technology and learning new systems Goal-oriented and performance-driven mindset Spanish is a plus If you are energetic, detail-oriented, and thrive in a structured, high-performance environment, we would love to hear from you.
