Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Support Phone Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering excellent service and support through phone, email, and chat. You will help answer questions, resolve concerns, and create a positive experience for every customer interaction. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others, communicates well, and wants to grow in a fast paced, team oriented environment. Candidates with multilingual skills and experience supporting diverse customer needs are especially encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls with professionalism, courtesy, and a customer focused approach Provide clear and accurate information about products, services, and customer inquiries Support customers through phone, email, and chat communication Document customer interactions accurately in company systems Assist with scheduling, billing questions, and basic service related support Maintain confidentiality and follow company privacy and security standards Help explain technical information in a simple and understandable way Use strong communication and listening skills to resolve issues efficiently Deliver a positive customer experience during every interaction Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus, but not required Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable using computers, data entry systems, and CRM software Ability to stay calm, professional, and solution focused in challenging situations Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to assess customer needs and respond appropriately Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus Preferred Skills Customer service experience in an office, support, or call center environment Confidence handling a high volume of calls and customer requests Familiarity with appointment scheduling, billing support, or general administrative tasks Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly Professional phone presence and strong interpersonal skills Why Join Us We value team members who are energetic, compassionate, and committed to helping others.
