Job Description

The Industrial Technologist is responsible for system set up and maintenance with accurate part data, quoting, product application and recommendations, assisting with technical product support and troubleshooting to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Job Summary:
Customer Contact and Technical Support:
Serve as a customer contact point for product quoting and technical support. Provide technical assistance and resolve customer inquiries related to products.
Quoting Process Management:
Manage the product and custom solutions quoting process using the SAGE program. Stay current on competitive products and services within the Semiconductor, Bio pharmaceutical and UHP Service industries. Gather and share general information of interest to customers.
Sales & Purchase Order Management:
Manage sales/purchase orders of standard and custom products. Ensure timely and accurate data entry and follow up on all orders.
Relationship Building:
Establish and maintain working relationships with team members, distributors and customers. Provide ongoing support and communication to build strong partnerships.
Qualifications:
Two year technical school degree with an emphasis in engineering. Requires a minimum of three years' experience to acquire an appropriate knowledge of our product line, customers, and company policies and procedures. Must have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service focus and the ability to adapt to differing personalities. A valid driver's license is required. Inspection capabilities and part print reading are a must. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAGE applications are preferred.
Pay:
$22.00 - $31.25 per hour
