Competitive salary Flexible schedule Training & development Job Summary Synergy Hyperbaric is seeking an energetic, friendly, and service-oriented professional to join our team as a Front Desk & Client Care Coordinator . This part-time position is approximately 15-20 hours per week, with flexible scheduling (days/evenings/weekends may vary). This is a unique, blended role where you will serve as both the welcoming face of our practice and support clinical operations within our hyperbaric chamber. You will be responsible for creating an exceptional client experience while ensuring a safe, smooth, and professional environment. You enjoy helping people, take pride in your work, and are comfortable balancing administrative duties with hands-on support.Compensation:
Hourly rate is competitive, based on experience, and will be discussed during the hiring process. Benefits/Perks Flexible scheduling Competitive compensation Opportunity to learn and grow in a holistic wellness environment Responsibilities Greet clients warmly and ensure an excellent customer experience Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage front desk operations Assist clients with intake, medical history, and consent documentation Safely assist and monitor clients during hyperbaric chamber sessions, following medical and safety protocols Provide attentive client support and use medical judgment as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting environment Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive, professional culture Stay open to learning new therapies and expanding with the company Qualifications 2+ years of medical experience in a clinical, wellness, or outpatient setting preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on client service Energetic, reliable, and a true team player Strong computer and scheduling skills (experience with MindBody software is a plus) Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with professionalism and positivitySimilar remote jobs
