Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented person to join our team in Liverpoo;l. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and processing transactions accurately and efficiently. Your role will be crucial in ensuring a positive experience for our members.

Job duties:

Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints

• Assist with merchandise stocking and replenishment as necessary
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred but not required
• Basic math skills to accurately calculate totals, handle money, and provide change
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
• Strong time management skills to ensure efficient transaction processing.
