Job Description

Hollowick, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative for it's Manlius NY location.
Scope:
Respond to domestic customer inquiries, address customer problems, set up accounts and perform order entry. Initiate and coordinate invoicing. Create/produce reports.
Principle Accountabilities:
§ General Customer Service § Interact professionally with customers by phone and/or e-mail. § Provide support to purchasing agent as needed. § Research and respond timely to customers regarding product. § Research and respond timely to returns. § Resolve customer concerns and complaints; communicate problems to management in a timely manner. § Provide delivery information, including freight quotes in a timely manner. § Enter sales orders in a timely manner; verify pricing to GP system, proof to customer purchase order. § Coordinate and ensure customer purchase orders are shipped timely per customer requirements. § Process customer invoices and post batch in a timely manner. § Process credit/debit memos in a timely manner, with proper backup paperwork. § Process return requests in a timely manner - providing customers and shipping with proper paperwork for returns. § Communicate and coordinate on customers behalf with other departments professionally. § Work effectively as a team member. § Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area. § Adhere to all company policies and procedures. § Actively participates in improvement initiatives within scope of Job Description. § Support company goals within scope of Job Description. § Assume additional responsibilities as needed. Pricing Maintenance\ § Coordinate with Promotional/Advertising Coordinator to obtain all pricing and special promotion updates; maintain and timely update pricing and special promotion information in GP system; proof pricing and special promotion update completeness in GP system with Promotional/Advertising Coordinator. Delivering Excellence • To carry out all duties within the scope of the Company mission and values and to support and encourage practices to meet this end.
Qualifications Required:
Associate Degree or equivalent 1-2 yrs. customer service experience Computer competency in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent What benefits does Hollowick offer? •
