• Job Summary $1,000 Signing Bonus Guardian Veterinary Emergency, Orange County is an independently owned, full-service overnight/weekend & holiday 24/7 emergency and specialty care veterinary hospital in Middletown, New York.

We have immediate openings for overnight Client Care Representatives. Guardian Veterinary Specialists is seeking Overnight Client Care Representatives (CCRs) for full-time positions. Hours will be 6pm to 6am during the week and available to work the weekend and holidays as required. We are a 24-hour emergency on weekends and holiday. CCRs provide the first and last impression of each client's visit to our hospital. CCRs are responsible for providing excellent client care and communications, as well as clear and timely communications with the medical staff. Qualifications include ability to perform clerical work with speed and accuracy; must be adept at using a multiple-line telephone system, handling and processing cash and other forms of payment. Must be able to learn veterinary management software. We adhere to our core principles of respect, collaboration, caring and integrity. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. • Qualified applicants for this role: v Love of animals and a passion to help and heal, first and foremost v The desire to continually learn and grow v 1 year of administrative or customer service skills at minimum v Experience in a medical office setting preferred, but not required v Will have the ability to handle stressful situations in a professional manner v Must be willing to work overnights, one weekend day and some holidays
