Job Description

At Free Style Mercantile, we're not a big corporate chain — we're a small business built around teamwork, loyalty, and helping each other wherever needed. We're looking for someone who wants to be part of a team that feels more like family. This position is more than just standing at a register. We need someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to the little things, and understands that in a small business, everyone jumps in and helps where needed.
Responsibilities Include:
Greeting customers and providing excellent customer service Running register and handling transactions Stocking shelves, coolers, and displays Inventory management and pricing updates Keeping an eye on product levels and communicating with ownership when items need replenished Helping assist with kitchen and takeout operations when needed Helping keep the store clean, organized, and running smoothly Working together as a team and stepping in wherever help is needed
What We're Looking For:
Friendly and dependable Strong attention to detail Team-oriented mindset Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Someone willing to work alongside ownership and help the business succeed as a whole Experience is great, but attitude, reliability, and willingness to be part of the team matter most. Full or Part-time position available.
