Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for clients, helping them navigate policy questions, billing concerns, coverage changes, and general inquiries. You'll support agents, maintain accurate records, and ensure every customer feels valued and understood.

Salary Range:
$35,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary Based on Experience Paid Time Off (PTO) Health Insurance Vision Insurance Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Retirement Plan Hands on Training Evenings Off Requirements 2+ Years of Customer Service Experience is Required. Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask . A critical thinker and out-of-the-box problem solver. Tech-savvy with typing skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills including professional phone and office etiquette .
Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:
