Job Description

Job Overview Pearlweave Netting Corp. is a primary manufacturer of sports and safety netting, based in New Rochelle, NY. We are looking to hire a qualified candidate for the position of Customer Service Associate. This is a cross-functional role supporting order management, client service, operations, and accounts receivable for Pearlweave. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Order Processing Answer inbound calls and serve as a primary point of contact for customers and salespeople Process orders received via phone, web, and sales team submissions Use NetSuite ERP to process, track, and manage orders end-to-end Manage shipping process including bills of lading, shipment notifications, freight expenses, and order tracking Coordinate with vendor partners and liaise with Division Manager and Supervisors Operations & Business Development Support quotations, R&D initiatives, and business development activities Make outgoing phone calls and send email campaigns to customers and prospects Build and maintain spreadsheets and Word documents/forms as needed Support purchasing/inventory management efforts as needed Accounts Receivable & Collections Run and file AR invoices Conduct collections follow-up via phone and email Process deposits and apply payments Process credit applications and prepare monthly intercompany invoices The position is permanent and full-time in our Westchester-based office. A successful individual in this role will have options for career progression within our sales organization.
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
