Job Summary Join our team as an Airport Customer Service Attendant, where you'll be the friendly face welcoming travelers and ensuring a smooth, safe, and enjoyable airport experience. Your energetic presence will help manage guest interactions, provide essential information, and maintain high standards of customer service. Responsibilities Aircraft fueling following safety and regulatory protocals Assist with groundskeeping and maintenance Greet passengers offering assistance with directions, procedures, and amenities Manage front desk duties including transaction support, guest inquiries, and handling phone calls with professional etiquette Monitor airport areas for safety compliance, conduct routine inspections, and report any irregularities or incidents promptly Requirements Previous experience in customer service, groundskeeping and maintenance Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette Demonstrated time management skills to efficiently prioritize tasks Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to follow safety protocols
